The Cable Tapestry is an exploration of the ideals of Western progress that promote unregulated advancement without consideration for its detrimental costs. Made primarily from obsolete electronics, it ponders the American culture of excess and waste, energy consumption, and the unspoken role of extraction and human exploitation.
